Vintage Peter Pez Clown Sign Store Display Rack Head Top & Bottom Feet Gradwohl

The sections are a hollow blow mold type plastic. I believe this is from the 1960's? Fair condition and not for a mint or picky collector.

I used these on a cabinet where I displayed my extra pez containers for sale.
