Vintage Fujifilm Professional Store Display Clock Light Not Working

In good condition with normal wear. Does have some scratches marks and wear/damage. The plexi does have some scuffs and scratches. Could use a little cleaning. Missing the chain to hang the sign. There are some paint marks on it as well as some paint missing.

It does not work properly and will need some repairs. When plugged in the light will not come on (I have not tried replacing the light). The hour button sometimes doesn't reister. Some of the light segments for the numbers do not work (look at the 2 in the pic for example its missing its top).
