Vintage Advertising Putnam Dyes Counter Top Display Rack, Spinner. This is an all original metal piece that measures about 26"×15". There is very little rust on it. It comes with 20 packets of various color dye. One of the top tier covers keeps wanting to pop up a little as you can note in the picture.

You can press it down and will stay for a while. It needs a light cleaning, but the color is still very good. The 20 dye packs are worth well over half the price of the rack most places.
