Vintage 80s large 30,3 BIC pens rotating display store sign

Vintage 80s large 30,3 BIC pens rotating display store sign. It's very hard to find because is unusual for the shae(usually the bic pen display are different). It's in good conditions with some time signs in the pictures.

It's missing of one external little holder. The pictures explain in the best way.
