Vintage 1987 Coca-Cola STORE DISPLAY SIGN with MICHAEL JORDAN & MAX HEADROOM

>Offered here is an old and original. 1987 Coca-Cola store display sign featuring Chicago Bulls basketball star Michael Jordan and 1980's pop culture icon Max Headroom! Please see all six photos, as they are an important part of my description. This extremely rare cardboard sign measures approximately 28 1/2" x 18" and features the vintage Coke slogan "Catch The Wave". The sign is dated "1987" twice: in the'fine print' towards the bottom of the sign (underneath Jordan's elbow; see close-up photo), and also along the left side of the Max Headroom photo.

There are two die-cut holes (in the top and bottom white border areas) , to have been utilized by the retail store for properly displaying the sign; I don't believe the sign was ever used, since the top hole still has the cardboard punch-out piece fully intact (see close-up photo); also, the large, blank white triangle was intended for pricing by the grocery store but remains blank and never used! A very young Michael Jordan is pictured with a bit of hair on his head, before he decided on the fully bald look!

This vintage sign screams 1980's all the way... Can't be too many of these that survived intact!! As you can see, this 1987 Coke/Michael Jordan/Max Headroom sign DISPLAYS SUPER!!!
