Vintage 1930s Wings Cigarettes Cardboard Store Display Advertising Lady with Dog

Super rare, original Wings Cigarettes cardboard store counter display, I believe from the 1930's. 24" tall and 22" across at its widest point. On the front there is stenciling that says "S Mercke", and on the back is some kind of makers' mark that I can't make out. I tried researching S Mercke with very little success, but that name might have a history here in Atlanta so it may have been printed here. It has a lot of condition issues - water stains and damage, holes here and there, peeling along the edges, the foldable piece on the back that props up the display is missing...
