Vintage 12-1/2 wood composition Owl Drug Co. Medallion sign damage

Vintage 12-1/2 wood composition Owl Drug medallion sign damage. This sign measures approximately 12 1/2" in diameter and 1" thick. I believe that it was made before Rexall, because it does not have the mortar and pestle.

That would put it at about 1915. It has been broken and glued back together on the left side. There's also a small piece missing there. It has wear on the front, but for the age it really looks good.
