Sony Vintage 1970s Advertising Store Display Sign Aluminum Case Changes Colors

This is an extremely rare Sign. I have done all kinds of research on this and couldn't find another one like it. I believe it is either late 1970s or early 1980s. It appears to be LED and Changes color when turned on. It is made by Donaldson Display.
