This is a SONY era storefront electric light. It uses a Toshiba 8-watt fluorescent lamp and a lighting tube. The mist on the sides when lit is due to a resistor casting a shadow. Approximately 37 cm high, 10.5 cm wide, and 10.5 cm deep. Cord is approximately 1.7m, lights up when plugged in.
