Be sure to view all of the photos as they are an important part of the description and may contain important information such as measurements. ITEM - An extremely rare and desirable 1924 Edison Mazda Lamps tin litho store display with artwork by Maxfield Parish. It measures roughly 23 1/2" tall (not including the bulbs) by 15 3/4" wide and the base is 12 1/2 square. It is in generally fine condition for its age with no rust and a spot of paint loss along with expected wear from age.
One of the light switches is missing the tip but still works fine. All of the sockets work and the cord is in good condition with only one split in the outer layer near the base (no wires are broken or exposed). It was made by the American Art Work Inc in Coshocton Ohio in 1924 from what i have read. There are not many of these out there and they rarely come to market.
Don't miss this chance to own this iconic piece of Edison Mazda advertising. Included are 12 reproduction light bulbs as well as a dimmer switch which makes this a versatile display.
