80's or 90's Harpers And Queen Magazine Store Display Black White Lycra Tiger

This is an a store display advertising Harpers & Queen. I date it as sometime from the'80s or early 90s. I've been unable to find another, and this display is undated.

A cardboard standee which appears never to have been stood up. It's in good shape with some edge wear and discoloration.
