1960's Stronghold & Screw-tite Nails for Special Applications Store Display Sign

Up for sale is a circa 1961 Stronghold and Scew-Tite Nail store display sign. A few nails are poking through, however I believe they are supposed to based on the nail size. Dust and dirt on it however it would clean up better.
