This is a 1920's Putnam Dye Store Counter Display Cabinet. A Hundred Years Ago Many People Dyed Their Garments at Home With Commercial Brand Dyes. This Cabinet Has a Graphic of General Putnam on Horseback Being Chased by British Redcoats. The Front Opens up to Reveal Pigeon Holes for the Packets of Dye. The Putnam Dye Company was based in Quincy Illinois. They Often Show Signs of Wear, Use and Age.

I Do My Best to Describe Them Accurately and Will Always Note Any Major Flaws Such as Cracks, Chips, Missing Pieces, Abnormal Wear, etc. Or if a Repair Has Been Made. Please Look the Photos Over Carefully as They are an Integral Part of the Items Description.
